Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 7 days after receiving it to make a return. Items must be in good condition with all the labels attached. Returns are free of charge.

Refund

You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.

• If more than 15 days have passed and your return is not registered, please contact Customer Service.
• Please allow 7 business days for the money to be refunded on your payment method.
• We conduct quality check at doorstep & process the refunds accordingly.
• We reserve the right to deny the refund in case an item fails in the quality check or if we receive items not belonging to QAMRUN.
• If your original payment was through UPI, you'll get an instant refund.
• If your original payment was through cash or card, it will take 2-7 days for your refund depending upon your bank.
