1. General

1.1

Hey Qamrun friend, welcome to our terms and conditions! We are so happy you’ve made it here. This may not be the most exciting document you’ll ever read, but it is important to establish what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1.2

These terms and conditions apply when you place an order with us via the website or our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Online Store”).

1.3

By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Therefore, please make sure you have read and understood them before ordering.

1.4

Only persons who can enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, may use and/or transact on the Online Store. This means you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use and/or transact on the Online Store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must also have a valid email address and a delivery address.

1.5

You may not place orders for corporate, commercial, or self-employed activities. We do not issue commercial Goods and Services Tax (GST) invoices for corporate use.

1.6

Qamrun strives to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible, we need to ensure that our services run smoothly. You understand and agree not to:

(i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products, or services;

(ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes with, or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Online Store, or impacts the security of the site; or

(iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script, or other mechanism (including spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site.

We reserve the right to immediately restrict access to the site and close the account of any user who violates these Terms or whose actions are deemed detrimental to the interests of Qamrun.

1.7

Qamrun sells its products directly through the Online Store and authorized online marketplaces (collectively referred to as “Authorized Online Stores”) and not through any other third parties or agents.

Qamrun does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any products offered for sale or purchased through websites or linked sites other than Authorized Online Stores. Qamrun makes no representations or warranties regarding such third-party transactions, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, product warranties, or non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Any transaction with third parties or agents is undertaken at your own risk. Qamrun also does not accept responsibility for misuse of products, fraudulent or illegal activities, non-payment, or delivery issues related to purchases made through unauthorized sellers.

Qamrun specifically disclaims any liability regarding infringing, illegal, fake, spurious, duplicate, counterfeit, defective, or refurbished products purchased from unauthorized third parties.

1.8

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. However, the Terms accepted by you at the time of your purchase will apply to that particular purchase. Any updates will be reflected in the latest published version available on the Online Store.

2. Prices and Delivery Charges

2.1

The prices displayed in the Online Store include applicable statutory taxes/GST but do not include delivery charges. The total purchase cost, including delivery charges, will be displayed at checkout.

2.2

Prices in the Online Store may differ from prices in physical retail stores.

2.3

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout. Our standard delivery fee is ₹149. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and multiple deliveries are required, you will only be charged once for delivery.

2.4

We may occasionally offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other offers. Such offers are valid only during the specified period and subject to the terms associated with them. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. Discount codes must be entered before completing the purchase.

3. Ordering

3.1

To place an order, simply add the desired items to your shopping cart using the “Add to Cart” button. In the shopping Cart view, you can review and modify your order before proceeding to checkout.

By clicking the “Complete Purchase” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected items. Depending on your chosen payment method, additional steps may be required to finalize payment.

3.2

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is formed only when we approve your order and send you a shipping confirmation email containing relevant delivery information.

3.3

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for operational, legal, or commercial reasons. For example, this may occur if an item is out of stock, defective, or if we suspect purchases are intended for commercial resale.

If your order cannot be approved, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

3.4

If payment has already been received for an order that is later rejected or cancelled, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card

You may pay using valid credit or debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, or other payment methods available on the Online Store. The applicable amount will be charged immediately upon placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You may choose to pay in cash upon delivery, subject to availability.

UPI

You may pay using UPI. The amount will be debited from your linked bank account once the order is placed.

Net Banking

You may also pay via net banking. The amount will be debited upon order confirmation.

4.2

You will receive your receipt/tax invoice via email and/or with your delivered package.

4.3

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and stored.

5. Delivery

5.1

Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout before your order is placed. Once approved, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking and delivery details.

5.2

While we strive to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeline, please contact Customer Service.

5.3

If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the order may be returned to origin. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5.4

Qamrun reserves the right not to deliver orders in cases of force majeure events, political unrest, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery operations.

6. Returns

6.1

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for any reason by initiating a return request through the Online Store.

6.2

Returned items must be complete, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Only items purchased from the Online Store may be returned through the Online Store return process.

6.3

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled or returned due to a defect or error attributable to Qamrun.

6.4

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned items.

6.5

Items that are damaged, washed, altered, worn, or soiled beyond reasonable trial use may not qualify for a refund.

6.6

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, cosmetics, fragrances, and beauty products may not be eligible for return.

7. Defects

7.1

If the goods supplied by Qamrun are defective or damaged, please notify us promptly by initiating a return request through the Online Store.

7.2

If you discover a defect within 7 days of receiving the item, please select the “Defective/Broken Item” option when submitting your return request.

8. Our Liability

8.1

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Online Store is accurate, complete, and current. However, errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur, and Qamrun does not guarantee that all content is always error-free or up to date.

8.2

Product colors and measurements displayed on the Online Store may vary slightly depending on your device and production variations.

8.3

Qamrun shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, war, or technical failures.

8.4

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qamrun shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Online Store or the purchase of products.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

9. Complaints

9.1

If you have any complaint regarding our products or services, please contact our Customer Service team.

9.2

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

12. Assignment

Qamrun reserves the right to assign or transfer any rights or obligations arising from these Terms to third parties where necessary.

13. Communications

By using the Online Store, you consent to receiving communications from Qamrun via email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, or other electronic means regarding your orders, deliveries, returns, offers, and promotional campaigns.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting Customer Service.

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, content, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the Online Store remain the exclusive property of Qamrun and/or its licensors.

You may use the content only as expressly authorized by Qamrun.

If product ratings or reviews (“User Content”) are permitted, you are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that it is accurate and lawful.

By posting User Content, you grant Qamrun the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.

Qamrun reserves the right to remove any User Content deemed offensive, unlawful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate.
